German Expert has shared his experience to waiters16 March 2016
Ajara Tourism Department continues trainings for the purpose of service quality enhancement in the region. At present German expert Hans Ulikh Trosyen has shared his 30 years’ experience at Department Training Center to waiters/waitresses employed in food and accommodation facilities.
Basic principles of serving guests, solving conflict situations, achieving satisfaction of guests and other basic standards necessary for successful services of waiters were thoroughly discussed at the seminar. Training which continued for 3 hours was attended by about 25 waiters/waitresses from tourist facilities operating in Ajara.
Department Training Center offers free training courses to the personnel of touristic businesses. Information about trainings will be updated on a regular basis at the web-site “Recommend.ge”. In case of wish and for the purpose of remedying existing problems in the field, representatives of private sector may also address the center with the initiative to provide consultation or desirable training.
