Service quality survey getting started in Ajara

Department of Tourism of Ajara is starting survey of the service quality within the region which implies evaluation of services in accommodation and food facilities, travel agencies, tourism routes, tourism attractions, new tourism products and rural guest houses. A special questionnaire will be published at the official web-page of the Department of Tourism Gobatumi.com and facebook page visitbatumi and anyone interested can express their opinion about tourism facilities of Ajara till December 1.

The questionnaire is trilingual and foreign tourists are also able to fill in it. The printed questionnaire will be distributed in the tourism-informational centers of the region. They will be also sent to the private companies and individuals acting within the field of tourism. Results of the survey will assist Department of Tourism of Ajara in determination of service quality within the region and planning the future activities. Successful facilities of the tourism field outlined by the survey will be represented at the regional forum of tourism “Magnolia 2016” by Department of Tourism which will take place in Batumi in December, 2016.
