On the 29th of July, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Slovak, Slovene, Serb, Ukrainian, Hungarian and Russian young people will perform Adjarian dance in Batumi Boulevard. They are visiting the region in the framework of the European Students’ Forum (AEGEE – Tbilisi) Summer University Project - „Drop of Wine from Mountain to Sea”. During two weeks, before arriving in Batumi, the students are visiting different regions of Georgia, attending Adjarian dance masterclasses and taking part in different activities.

On July 29, besides dancing, there will be a “City Game”, which involves such interesting activities and tasks as: poetry writing, giving a performance and so on. On July 31, a working meeting will be held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, which will be attended by the project participants and Batumi State University students.

The project bears cultural-cognitive character and its main goal is introduction to Georgia, popularization of its culture and raising the knowledge among European students. AEGEE-Tbilisi has been conducting the project since 2008. In its framework, every summer, Georgia, including Batumi, hosts about 40 students from different European countries.
