Adjara got on the camera of Estonian journalists

The introduction of Adjara to the foreign journalists is going on. This time, at the invitation of the Adjara Tourism Department, the region is being visited by Estonian journalists. They are getting acquainted with tourism products and services. The participants of the media tour have already visited the basic attractions of Batumi, attended the dolphin show and tasted local food with accompaniment of Georgian folklore.

Today the Estonian journalists are visiting Gonio-Apsaros Fortress-museum and the Ethnographic Museum “Borjgalo”. The next destination is going to be mountainous Adjara, where they will record local wine houses, tourist attractions and culinarian masterclasses. The Botanical Garden will also be filmed by the journalists.

“We continue to advertise Adjara in our target countries. Our department has already hosted more than 20 info and press tours, due to which various interesting materials have been broadcasted by the top-rated Medias of the target countries. If in previous years, similar activities took place only in pre-summer period, now they are going on during the whole year. All of this is aimed at attracting tourists during the four seasons of the year”, stated the Head of International Tourism Promotion Office, Mikheil Koplatadze.

Estonian Journalists will share the impressions about their travel to Adjara with viewers and readers during July. They are leaving the region tomorrow.
