Euronews camera crew in Ajara

Euronews camera crew prepares reports about Ajara. The journalists of the travel program “Adventures” have been visiting the region at the invitation of Ajara Tourism Department. They have already been in the mountainous Ajara and captured a ski resort Goderdzi and Mtirala National Park. Batumi and its sights also got on their camera. The millions of Euronews viewers will be able to see the travel episodes featuring Ajara from the end of April.

The Euronews journalists are going to visit Ajara two more times until the end of the year. In summer, they will prepare a widespread blog about their trip to our region and in autumn, the camera crew of the “FOCUS” program will record the World Chess Olympiad in Ajara. Besides the programs, Euronews will broadcast image videos featuring Ajara. More than 200 countries will get acquainted with our tourism products and services.

“Our successful advertising campaign, launched on Euronews last year, is going on, except now, in a wider variety of formats. It is very important that such distinguished company as Euronews dedicates programs to our region. The media platforms are necessary to draw tourists’ attention and to create a positive image. Until the end of the year, we are going to invite popular journalists from 16 target countries, who will present interesting articles, blogs, reports and programs about Ajara to their citizens”, stated the head of Public Relations and Advertising Division of Ajara Tourism Department, Nino Khakhubia.
