Ajara region boasts rich traditions of winemaking. Homemade wine festival has already established as a tradition. The festival is initiated and supported by Metropolitan of Batumi, Lazeti, Northern America and Canada- Dimitri. The main aim of the festival is to favor development of winemaking and popularization of different types of wine in Ajara region.
