Information

South- West of Georgia has always been distinguished for its agriculture as well as folkloric and artistic history. The study of these ancient traditions played a great role in the decision of Kemal Turmanidze to make folk crafts museum. Which is situated at 3000 sq. m with appropriate infrastructure, greenery plantings and pedestrian paths in Batumi.

The museum exhibits the following fields:

Weaving, pottery, processing of metal, stone and trees. The process of working, the models, the working environment, weapons and inventory are shown separately according to the fields they belong to and all this is accompanied by the folkloric music.
Residential, agricultural and buildings of defensive structures (scale 1:7.5; 1:10; 1:100). Agrarian farming 鈥 beekeeping, fruit-growing, agriculture and viticulture The models of cuts on trees made by Kemal Turmanidze.

Here you can see 9 meters long artificial waterfall with forest valve and Sculptures where is foresee type of聽 work, age and character. Museum is unique, because all the item is made by only one person.
