Georgian cuisine master class gained Estonian media attention. On the event that was organized in Tallin by Adjara Tourism Department and Embassy of Georgia in Estonia, about 30 famous Estonian journalists took part in the preparation of Adjarian khachapuri and other popular Georgian dishes. At the presentation held during the exhibition, journalists were introduced to Adjarian gastronomy as well as mountain and sea tourism products.

At the same time, the Adjara Tourism Department has popularized the tourism opportunities of the region at the International Tourism Exhibition in Tallinn "Tourest 2020", where region’s stand gained special interest.

During the exhibition, the representatives of the department met with the representatives of various large tourism and advertising companies for future cooperation. They discussed the matter of charter flights from Tallin to Batumi with the management of Tez Tour. The company is planning to increase the number of charter flights from Tallin to Batumi this year. The first charters from the Estonian capital were made in Batumi last summer. The number of international visits from Estonia to the region is also growing. In 2019, +67 growth was recorded in this direction in the region.
