Batumi hosts an international Art-House Film Festival every year in September. BIAFF program consist of several sections such as: feature films, documentaries, short films. During the festival different workshops and master classes are conducted. Attendance on the festival is mostly free. The BIAFF festival was established in 2006. The festival is organized by Batumi art house “Argani” while Batumi city hall acts as an official partner.
