The Georgian alphabet is one of a kind. Among the world’s 14 alphabets, one is the Georgian alphabet. Georgian people tend to express their love for this beautiful symbol of identity through various works of art. In 2012, a modern architectural construction dedicated to the Georgian alphabet was erected in Miracle Park in the center of Batumi.
It is a 130-meter-high iron construction in the shape of a DNA strand. Visitors can ascend the tower through an elevator that offers a panoramic view of Batumi and the Black Sea. The Spanish architect Alberto Domingo Cabo designed and led the construction of Alphabet Tower.
