“af&co” is a leading consulting company in the tourism industry, which regularly names the main marketing trends of restaurant, food and drinks and hospitality spheres. As for adjarian khachapuri, it won the title due to its taste (the mixture of cheese and egg) and frequent posts on Instagram.

This year, adjarian khachapuri was also rated as the best dish according to the rating list published by the culinary web page “Tasteatlas”.
