Belorussian popular TV program “50 recipes” introduced Ajarian cuisine and tourism potential nearly to 8 million viewers. Four extensive programs dedicated to Ajarian dishes, folklore and tourism products were on the air of “Belarus 1” in January.
The popular TV-company, Euronews, prepared an extensive report dedicated to Batumi. With the help of the “Metropolitans” program, millions of viewers got acquainted with the historical and cultural heritage, architecture, gastronomy and the modern cityscape of Batumi.
“CULT”- the program on Euronews, devotes an extensive report to Batumi Jazz Festival. To highlight the Jazz Festival- is one of the terms of the contract between Euronews and The Department of Tourism and Resorts of Ajara. According to the above-mentioned contract, Euronews will also prepare another program “METROPOLITANS”, with the report dedicated to Batumi and generally to Georgian tourism potential.
